Beef Brining Spice
Pour spice blend into a pot or crock pot. Use 1/2 jar if beef weighs less than 3lbs. Add 4 cups of boiling water. Stir until salt is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Add 12 cups cold water. Add beef cut of choice. Submerge completely & refrigerate. Steaks and similar cuts brined for 12 hours. Tenderloins & roasts for 24 hours. Remove beef from brine, rinse & pat dry. Grill or roast according to your favorite recipe to bring out a wonderful deep rich flavor!
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Sugar, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Brown Sugar, Silicon Dioxide added to Prevent Caking.
