Seafood Brining Spice
Pour spice blend into a pot or crock pot. Use 1/2 jar if fish weighs less than 3lbs. Add 4 cups of boiling water. Stir until salt is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Add 12 cups cold water. Add fish or shrimp of choice. Submerge completely & refrigerate. Fish and shrimp brined 20-45 minutes. Thick fish steaks for 1 hour. Remove fish from brine, rinse & pat dry. Grill or roast according to your favorite recipe to bring out a wonderful rich flavor!
Ingredients: Sea Salt, Sugar, Lemon Peal, Spices, Parsley, Lemon Oil, Silicon Dioxide added to Prevent Caking.
