Turkey & Poultry Brining Spice
Pour spice blend into a pot or crock pot. Use 1/2 jar if meat weighs less than 3lbs. Add 4 cups of boiling water. Stir until salt is dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Add 12 cups cold water. Add poultry cut of choice. Submerge completely & refrigerate. Breasts & whole chickens brined for 2 hours. Whole turkey for 24 hours. Remove poultry from brine, rinse & pat dry. Grill or roast according to your favorite recipe to bring out a wonderful light and moist flavor!
