Tongues of Fire Beans
Tongue of Fire have a mild flavor that absorb other flavors well. Combine them with savory spices and aromatic herbs, Use in casseroles, vegetable stews, soups and cold bean salads.
Cooking Instructions:Â Soak overnight. Rinse, place in a large pot and cover with fresh water. Bring water to a boil for 3minutes, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 60minutes until tender. One cup dry will yield 2 1/2 cups cooked.
