Anasazi Beans
A hearty addition to soups and casseroles. Anasazi beans can replace pinto beans in any recipe, and are delightfully versatile since they absorb the flavors of any seasoning.
Cooking Instructions:Â Soak over-night. Rinse and place in large pot and cover with fresh water. Bring water to a boil for 3minutes, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 50minutes until tender. One cup dry yields 2 1/4cups cooked.
