Canary Beans
Canary Beans are a healthy addition to soups and casseroles and can replace pinto beans in any recipe. Canary Beans are great when served with spicy chiles.
Cooking Instructions:Â Soak overnight. Rinse, place in a large pot and cover with fresh water. Bring water to a boil for 3minutes, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 45minutes until tender. One cup dry will yield 2 1/2 cups cooked.
