Mike –
Believe the label. This salsa is EVIL. I picked this up at a local variety goods store thinking it was going to be just decently hot salsa. Boy was I ever in for a ride. I regularly eat spicy foods. I seek them out. They’re fun. I love the taste of a lot of extra kick. This stuff? I put a spoonful of it in a big bowl of black beans and rice, and I can hardly take the heat. Do not underestimate the power of this stuff. It’s genuinely hot. If this is a 4/5 on their heat scale, I pity the poor fool who buys one of their 5/5 products. If you’re dipping chips in it, buckle up. Holy cow.
A+ salsa, I’m absolutely gonna buy it again.
